Terms and Conditions for IronThread Attire

Welcome to IronThread Attire. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our e-commerce platform and services, including bespoke tailoring, ready-to-wear collections, accessories, footwear, and styling consultations. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

While some parts of our online platform may be accessed without registration, certain features and services such as placing orders or managing bespoke tailoring appointments require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Product Availability and Descriptions

All products and services listed on our online platform are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our online platform are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices for bespoke tailoring services will be provided during the consultation process and confirmed before commencement of work.

4.3 Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order does not necessarily mean that we accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

4.4 Payment

We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our online platform. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) you provide. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to provide that information to third parties for purposes of facilitating your purchases.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, and associated costs. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Our Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned or exchanged. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. Bespoke tailoring services are custom-made and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once an order is confirmed and work has commenced, except in cases of material defect or non-conformity with approved specifications.

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of IronThread Attire or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

You agree to use our online platform and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited conduct includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronThread Attire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IronThread Attire, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services, including, but not limited to, your use of our content, services, and products.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
