What We Do

Institutions do not need another platform to rent space on. They need systems that follow their own regulations, sit on their own servers, and are still working three sessions from now.

So we build from scratch — no templates, no page builders, no generic product bent to fit. Every system is configured to how a registry, a bursary or an exam office already works, deployed under the institution’s own domain, and handed to their ICT unit or managed by us for as long as they want.

We stay through the first admissions cycle or exam diet, because that is when problems surface and that is when it matters that someone answers the phone.

What We Have Built

Three systems run in production at a Nigerian state university — admissions, student records and computer-based examinations — on the university’s own domain, with Remita and Paystack collecting fees and every result signed through its approval chain before a student sees it. An academic journal was taken from nothing to EISSN registration and Crossref DOIs. Every system we build sits on the client’s own infrastructure. None of it is hosted by us.
